Refund policy

Returns

Returns or changes are made within the first 5 days after we deliver your purchase. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

BierFrucht will typically only consider returns if the customer received the wrong product, however we are open to accepting the return depending on each customer's circumstances. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. Prior to any return, pictures will be necessary. BierFrucht will arrange for pick-up, and the consumer won't be responsible for this return. We need the order number to process your return.

Refunds

Refunds are possible in some circumstances with prior case analysis. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. 

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving approval, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Please check to see if your order is complete once you receive it. Also, please verify if all the products are in good condition.

Extreme weather conditions or transport personnel can occasionally result in damage to your order. If there are any problems with your order, you must let us know right away so that we can send a replacement or provide a refund as soon as possible, as appropriate.


Additionally, keep in mind that claims can only be made within the first five days of receiving your product. Simply send an email to info@bierfrucht.com with your purchase number, images of the damage, and a brief explanation of the circumstance to submit a claim.


Late or missing refunds

Contact your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period. 

Please email us at info@bierfrucht.com if you've done this and you still have not gotten your refund.


Sale items

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are not eligible.


Claims

The consumer must note any product damage or loss on the paperwork that the driver gave them in order to file a claim for the damaged goods. Send the following details to info@bierfrucht.com, please.

  • Pictures of the damaged goods
  • Order number
  • Business name
  • Contact Name
  • Phone number
  • Description of the damage in detail

After five (5) days of receiving the fruit purees, we do not accept any claims.
