Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bierfrucht. Please review the following shipping and pickup guidelines carefully before placing your order.


U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared based on the time they are placed.

Important Reminder:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM → ready the next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM → ready the second business day
  • Orders placed Friday afternoon or during the weekend → ready Tuesday
  • If Monday is a holiday → ready Wednesday

You will receive a separate email notification once your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

Please do NOT come to the warehouse before receiving your pickup confirmation email.

During periods of high order volume, preparation and shipping times may experience delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone.


Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and external conditions affecting transportation services.


Shipping Restrictions

BIERFRUCHT.COM ships within the United States and U.S. Territories only.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

If your delivery requires a liftgate service, please select that option during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BIERFRUCHT.COM is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or any additional charges imposed during or after shipping.

Customers are responsible for all applicable fees.


Damages and Claims

Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If you notice any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, notify us as soon as possible.

For freight deliveries, customers must note any visible damage or loss on the carrier paperwork at the time of delivery in order to file a claim.

  • Photos of the damaged goods
  • Order number
  • Business name
  • Contact name
  • Phone number
  • Detailed description of the issue

Claims submitted more than five (5) days after delivery or pickup will not be accepted.

Pickup Instructions:

Enter through the east entrance on Lipan St near the corner of W 47th Ave. Follow the driveway to the right toward the ramp with two large overhead doors and customer parking. After parking, call the phone number posted on the pedestrian door located between the overhead doors.


Ohio Warehouse

Before You Leave the Warehouse

Please thoroughly inspect all boxes and aseptic bags before leaving the warehouse.

If you notice any issue with your order, including:

  • damaged items
  • leaking bags
  • missing products
  • incorrect quantities

Please notify the warehouse team immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
