Q: WHAT IS A FRUIT PURÉE? 

We gather fruits from the farmers. We clean, peel and blend them to make the fruit purée.

Q: HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE FOR BEER BREWING?  

Anywhere from 1/2 lb to 2 lbs of puree per gallon. It also depends if you are going to add it during the fermentation process. In that case, you add more counting on the sugars to ferment out.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE LEFTOVERS? 

Keep it refrigerated up to two weeks. We suggest putting the leftovers in other clean and sanitized recipient (e.g. bottle) well sealed avoiding contact with oxygen.

Q: WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? 

1 Year at max 75°F. No need to freeze

2 weeks refrigerated after opening.

Q: WHEN ARE THE PURÉES SHIPPED?

If you purchase purées before 12:00 PM they will be shipped next business day. If you purchase after 12:00 PM they will be shipped on the second business day.If a purchase is made on Friday after 12:00 PM it is going to be shipped next Tuesday.
